I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to reconnect with ourselves.
I'm a Somatic and Embodied Psychotherapist at MSc level with over ten years of experience supporting people through trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional healing. Trained to Master's level, my work combines traditional psychotherapy with body-based approaches, recognising that our experiences are held not only in the mind, but also within the nervous system and the body.
Rather than simply talking about what has happened, I help you develop a deeper relationship with your body, emotions and inner experience. Together, we gently explore patterns that may have once protected you but no longer serve you, creating space for greater regulation, resilience and lasting change.
My approach is integrative, drawing from somatic psychotherapy, embodied practices, yoga therapy, creative therapies, mindfulness and nervous system education. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself.
Alongside individual psychotherapy, I work with couples, facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops, and lead retreats that combine psychotherapy with embodied and restorative practices. I have extensive experience working with trauma, complex trauma, sexual trauma, sexuality, addiction and relationship dynamics, offering a compassionate, non-judgemental space where every part of you is welcome.
I know that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. My intention is to create a warm, grounded and collaborative space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with the wisdom of your own body. Healing isn't about becoming someone new—it's about returning to who you are beneath survival, stress and protective patterns.
Whether you're navigating a difficult chapter or seeking deeper self-understanding, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
