Healing does not happen in isolation. Group therapy offers a powerful opportunity to experience connection, belonging and shared humanity within a safe and professionally facilitated environment. Many of the struggles we carry, shame, loneliness, self-doubt and relational patterns can begin to soften when witnessed with compassion by others.
My groups are grounded in an embodied, experiential approach, integrating somatic psychotherapy, body awareness, creative practices, movement and mindful inquiry. Alongside reflective dialogue, participants are invited to explore how thoughts, emotions and relational experiences are held within the body, cultivating greater awareness, regulation and authenticity as groups provide a unique space to deepen self-understanding while also learning through relationship. As we connect with others, we often discover new perspectives, practise healthier ways of relating, and experience the healing that comes from being accepted as we are.
Whether focused on personal development, trauma recovery, relationships, embodiment, creativity or nervous system regulation, each group is designed to foster psychological safety, mutual respect and meaningful connection. There is never any pressure to share beyond what feels comfortable, and every participant is encouraged to engage at their own pace.
Group therapy can be a deeply enriching complement to individual work or a powerful therapeutic journey in its own right, offering the reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and that healing often happens together.
Relationships have the capacity to bring us immense joy, connection and belonging, but they can also become places where we experience conflict, misunderstanding, disconnection and pain. Couples therapy offers a supportive and non-judgemental space to slow down, understand the patterns that have developed, and discover new ways of relating to one another.
My approach is relational, somatic and trauma-informed, recognising that our nervous systems, attachment histories and past experiences profoundly shape how we connect with those we love. Rather than focusing solely on communication techniques, we explore the deeper emotional and embodied dynamics that influence your relationship, helping each partner to feel seen, heard and understood.
Together we work to strengthen emotional connection, increase awareness of relational patterns, improve communication, and develop greater compassion for both yourself and your partner. Sessions provide an opportunity to navigate challenges with curiosity rather than blame, creating space for repair, intimacy and growth.
I work with couples experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including communication challenges, conflict, intimacy and sexuality, betrayal and trust, life transitions, parenting, differing needs, trauma, and the impact of stress or addiction on relationships. Whether you are seeking to rebuild your relationship, deepen your connection, or make sense of where you are together, therapy offers a space where meaningful change can unfold.
Every relationship is unique, and my intention is to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where both partners can explore their experiences with honesty, courage and care.
