Each month, around the time of the Full Moon, I invite women to gather in circle, a space to pause, reflect, connect and simply be. In a world that often asks us to keep giving, doing and striving, these evenings offer an opportunity to slow down, return to ourselves and experience the nourishment of being held in community.
Rooted in an embodied, trauma-informed approach, each circle weaves together gentle somatic practices, meditation, breathwork, creative expression, reflective journalling and meaningful conversation. Inspired by the natural rhythms of the lunar cycle, the Full Moon offers a symbolic invitation to acknowledge what is present, celebrate growth, and gently release what no longer serves us.
Women's circles have long been places of shared wisdom, support and belonging. Gathering together in this way reminds us that we are not alone in our experiences. Through listening, witnessing and being witnessed, we create space for authenticity, vulnerability and connection without expectation or judgement.
Every circle is held with care, compassion and respect for each woman's unique journey. There is never any pressure to speak or share more than feels comfortable, and all practices are offered with choice and invitation rather than expectation. Whether you are navigating change, seeking deeper connection with yourself, or simply longing for a few hours of stillness and community, you are warmly welcome.
No previous experience is needed, only a willingness to arrive as you are.
Together, we create a space to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the quiet wisdom that lives within.
