There are times in life when we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or repeating patterns that no longer serve us. Individual psychotherapy offers a confidential and compassionate space to explore these experiences, supporting you to reconnect with yourself in ways that foster greater ease, resilience, and choice.
My approach is integrative, relational and deeply embodied. Alongside talking therapy, I work with the wisdom of the body, recognising that our nervous system, emotions and lived experiences are deeply interconnected. Together we explore not only your thoughts and feelings, but also how your experiences are held within the body, creating opportunities for healing that go beyond words alone.
Drawing on over ten years of clinical experience and Master's level training, I integrate somatic psychotherapy, body-based practices, yoga therapy and creative approaches to meet your unique needs. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you; there is no expectation that you need to arrive with all the answers. We move at a pace that feels safe, respectful and supportive.
I have extensive experience supporting people with trauma and complex trauma, sexual trauma, sexuality and identity, addiction and recovery, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the impact of chronic stress. Whether you are seeking support through a specific challenge or are longing for a deeper connection with yourself, therapy can become a place of meaningful exploration and lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through relationship, with ourselves, with others, and with our bodies. My intention is to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, where you can be met with curiosity rather than judgement, and where new possibilities for living can emerge.
Sessions are available in person and online.
